RoadBIKE camp in Brixen

Updated: Aug 25, 2018

The four days Roadbike Camp in Brixen took place from Thursday, 7th, to Sunday, 10th of June. We had two half days and two full days of cycling in the nearby mountains. 30 participants in three guided groups discovered the area around Bozen. For me the trips were quite challenging. The group including guide was very nice and pleasant to cycle with.

As no common accommodation was organized we had not much opportunities to get to know each other apart from cycling. Although the participation on the presentations and the events in the morning were difficult as I had a Hotel a bit outside of Brixen. And we even had almost no flat tracks for a chat. We paid 299 Euro each for which we got guided tours, some presentations, of course Riegel, gel and sportdrinkd, lunch on the two daytrips, pizza on Saturday, sandwiches on Sunday and the "obligatory" race shirt.

But the trips were challenging and great. It is just great how easy it can be to cycle together.
