Starting January 6th my son and I started a three weeks detox diet according to the concept of Dr. Alejandro Junger called "CLEAN". To be honest, I have no idea if we are really "detoxed" but we both feel good. We constantly lost weight without being hungry at all. In total I lost 4 kilos. Just the avoidance of a snack in the evenings was somewhat difficult. As further result our eating habits have changed. I am looking forward to a biking season with healthy food and I'm curious to see the impact.
And I want to encourage everybody to try it as well. As Dr. Junger says: It's just three weeks and everybody could give it a try.
