t's always difficult to do the first ride after a long break. During the last years the break happens to be in October. This time caused by sickness and weather. So heartbeat is high, legs are tired but results not too bad as I had been rested. It was actually not too bad but the memories of the summer trips are too fresh to enjoy a ride in autumn. But lots of plans are ahead for next year and I need to avoid to gain too much weight.
